Working Groups or “affinity groups” will design and carry out projects and activities that address the goals of the Network. As a start, three Working Groups have been established, one dedicated to each of the Network’s key objectives of capacity building, research and policy, and networking. Additional Working Groups or ad hoc committees may be established by the Coordinating Committee as the need is perceived by the Network.
